I’ve lived in London for 6 years now and had a food page for just over 2 and a half years. I think is forking disgraceful that this is my first ever Blacklock roast. It’s one of those where everyone says ‘oh Blacklock is the best’, as you hear it so much it kinda makes you think, I’m going to try other places first. Anyway, we tried it, it was absolutely ridiculous. The gravy is a magical potion where there are rumour’s that Harry Potter influenced himself because I don’t know how it’s possible for something to taste so effing good. All the meats are great, the trimmings were wholesome and I love how you can order the ‘all in mix’ but the gravy just brings this whole roast together 🔥
