How does verification work?
Four steps, all from your phone. We text a code to your business number. We check your company at Companies House. You photograph your premises holding a code we give you. Your plaque arrives by post with a final code that switches the badge on. A person at 24London reviews the file before it goes live.
I am a plumber with no shop. Can I still do this?
Yes, and the checks suit you better. Your address is confirmed by post but never published: the page shows the areas you cover instead. We also check your trade register entry, Gas Safe, NICEIC, NFRC or your own body, and record your insurance expiry date. Your badge reads Identity checked.
How long until I get the badge?
The online steps take about ten minutes. The plaque arrives in two to five working days, and the badge goes live the moment you enter the code inside it.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, in one click. There is no minimum term, and there is a full refund inside the first thirty days. After that your profile drops back to a free claimed page.
My business is listed and I did not ask to be. Can you remove it?
Yes. Use the removal link on your page or reply to any email from us, and we take it down the same day.
Do you charge for reviews, or hide bad ones?
No. Reviews cannot be bought, and a business cannot delete a review it dislikes. What it gets is a public right of reply, and a way to dispute a review that is fake, abusive or not from a customer.
